Nordic Umami Company listed as one of the most interesting food startups

Nordic Umami Company features in Finland's leading financial magazine Talouselämä issue 46/2021 as one of the most exciting food startups. Talouselämä journalist Joanna Palmén also interviewed the team about the company purpose and mission:
"The goal is ambitious. The Nordic Umami Company wants to create a fully closed-loop food industry. It uses food waste ingredients and so-called by-products: uneven or broken vegetables that are not suitable for the store shelf or even to frozen vegetable packs, and wasted parts of the food industry ingredients such as grains, beans or vegetables."
