Nordic Umami to #Kickstarters22

The Nordic Umami Company is chosen to this year's Kickstart Innovation 2022 Cohort!

The Kickstart Innovation platform welcomes 43 scallops from 16 countries to Switzerland and Austria in September 2022. The aim is to dive into innovative and sustainable collaborations with the Kickstar Innovation partners.

This year, the Kickstart Innovation program received over 1200 applications from 58 countries across our 5 verticals. The Nordic Umami Company represents in the innovation platform both Nordic food and Finnish startups.

"Circular economy and sustainability were clearly at the forefront of the +170 judges decision-making process - with 40% of the final pitches involved in circular economy, compared to 30% in 2021.", states Kickstart Innovation at their release.
