Meet our Chief Operating Officer, Mikko Vasamo

Mikko is our supply chain guru and a great addition to our expertise - he has worked in various supply chain roles in companies such as Fazer and Mondelez. He has extensive experience in production development and management as well as QEHS operations. At Nordic Umami, Mikko will be responsible for designing and building a new pilot production line and scaling our entire supply chain to the next level.
